Site Design
L&PTech designs backhaul cabling route for construction works, site energy capacity dimensioning and allocation plan that includes batteries, rectifier and air conditioning. L&PTech can coordinate with 3rd party to complete full SAED scope.
Site Survey
L&PTech uses as-built documentation and proposed solution changes as inputs to site survey. Physical availability includes indoor requirement such as batteries and CB’s, cabling, rack, subrack, and slot spaces, etc., and outdoor requirement such as existing mounting allocation for antenna and RRU etc.. The survey result will be input to the site design. The survey scope can also be extended to Line of Sight check for radio, network performance testing such as QoS related parameters, hand-over scenarios, and safety compliance for example LAD-SAF Fall Arrest System Inspection etc. Competence deployed for this service include Technicians and Riggers.
Field Engineering Service
L&PTech installs and commissions site equipment such as Radio Base Station, site connectivity device and rectifier. L&PTech integrates site equipment to operator’s network to allow remote configuration and activation. L&PTech also attends sites to carry out fault finding, troubleshooting, rectifying RF plumbing crossing, maintenance, onsite configuration, and optimization such as antenna tilting.
Fixed Network
In the Fixed Network domain, construction work on the ground is operated by L&PTech’s parent company Adagio.co. It established L&PTech in 2019 and relocated all mobile network and enterprise related service portfolio to L&PTech. Adagio.co carries out construction works in operators’ fixed networks from last mile, backhaul access, metro, to regional network. Typical works includes: rod and rope; copper and fibre hauling, jointing, splicing, AC/DC power installation and upgrade, civil lead-in, network pit and pipe trenching, boring, construction, concrete cutting, road crossing and reinstatement, services locating and traffic managements, etc.
Mobile Network
In the Mobile Network domain, L&PTech builds or upgrades mobile base station sites for 4G, 5G and small cells. Outdoor works typically includes construction of foundation, tower or pole erection, ladder, installation of headframe and turret, installation of network equipment such as antenna, amplifier, combiner, RRU, etc. And associated cabling, concrete and steel works, shelter build, ODU installation and road works, etc. Indoor works includes installation and commissioning of rectifier, battery, air conditioning, conduit, cabling, feeder, cabinet, subrack and network equipment such as BBU, etc.configuration and integration of network connection. L&PTech employs and retains a group of competent experienced Technicians and Riggers accredited to carry out mobile network installation works in compliance with the safety and quality standards.

We are trained and certified to service telecommunications ACM pits and pipe removal, knock in and disposal in outdoor area as well as in Shelters, Exchange and building environment.

Scope includes but is not limited to: BBU swaps in shelter, RRU swaps on tower, alarm migration, RET migration, transmission connection, OSS creation, unlock, validate performance locally and via OSS, DC upgrades etc.
